Jason Kalikow (owner) and his crew worked on the restoration of our basement quickly and efficiently. He also helped coordinate communication with our insurance company and explained everything thoroughly. The best part was that Jason was always communicating with me about the status of the job or to answer any of my questions, even on Mother’s Day! I highly recommend him for any work Restoration Pros do.

Came quickly – completely vacuumed water out of my basement. took off paneling to let sheetrock dry. Bagged all items. Setup dehumidifiers and dryer’s. Highly recommend.

I can’t begin to express how happy we were with the customer service and workmanship from Restoration Pros. We experienced water damage in our basement, and Jason and his crew arrived quickly to dry everything out and ensure the damage was mitigated. The repair work they did left our basement looking better than it did before the incident. I’ve never had to file a homeowners claim before and didn’t know what to expect, but Jason walked us through the process and was very responsive anytime we had a question. Great contractors are hard to find, and I’m so happy we went with Restoration Pros. I highly recommend them. Outstanding!
