Jet restoration services is a great company to use when you have a problem – they came assessed the problem , and gave me an appointment within a few days. They fixed the leak , they took my whole bathroom apart , ripped up the floor , fixed the leak , everything was fixed and put back together in the two days ( including a new tile floor ) that they were here. Everything was left spotless when they left , You never of known work was done , Nick Is awesome , he keeps in contact with you , and explains it all to you , , I highly recommend Nick and Jet Restoration Services , if you want quality work done right !

Found my ceiling to be leaking and turns out a pipe had broken and my entire ceiling was wet, dripping water everywhere. Called Jet restoration and they immediately came to check it out. They explained everything and then helped with filing the insurance claim and made the entire process easy and smooth

Excellent work. Very pleased. Being someone who has always done a lot of work on my own house and friends houses when younger it was nice to find a company who did such excellent work and relieved me if all the work and headaches that go along with every job. Having done this type of work and having friends in the high end home trades, I tend to know what I’m looking at and how things should be done and they did an excellent job. No complaints and they were more than willing to make all adjustments that may have been needed. They meant it when they kept saying “we’ll do anything you want. We ultimately want you to be happy” and I am! Having put the job out to several contractors for bids (some of whom are often seen in advertising), JET Restoration was the first company to send someone right out. All of their reps from Chris, Nick, Tommy, and Matt, along with their foreman Edgar were all very professional. Showed up on time, every day, even with 2 hours of Hamptons trade parade traffic. They never missed a day from start to finish. Job site was neat and clean and cleaned up spotless every evening. As for the work, it was excellent. Price was great, work excellent, and over all experience Outstanding. If you are looking for a contractor company to do any job and want a company you feel you can Trust, who will do Excellent Work, and are straight shooters that seem to really enjoy a happy satisfied customer I can strongly recommend them. I will certainly be mentioning their name to any of my friends who ever need work. Thanks guys and Great work!! The job was a while new roof and fascia.

Exceptional beginning to end… showed up quickly in an Emergency and assisted us through the entire process for cleanup. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and timely. Took as much stress out of a bad situation as possible. I am a customer for life
