We had a small fire in our downstairs bedroom. My friend works for Paul Davis. She gave me the number, I called and the owner came right over that night. The work started, cleaning and new carpet. Rachel worked so hard to get the perfect color carpet. My new carpet is in and is beautiful. Everyone was so professional and kind and helpful to me. This is the company to call! Thank you Paul Davis.

I cannot tell you how absolutely amazing our experience was with Paul Davis. We had some water damage in our 4 seasons room from an upstairs overflow. We had a local company that was supposed to do the work, but they cancelled on us. Rachel, our GC, came in, evaluated the situation and picked up the job with no hesitation. We provided all the previous information and she was able to work within the original scope of work. Additionally, we took advantage of the opportunity to do some upgrade work on the downstairs bathroom. From the beginning to the end of the project, it was top notch. From defining the scope of work and time frame, to selecting materials, and being proactive on some issues that needed repair in the process, I honestly do not have 1 negative. The guys, Mike and Jon, came in worked every day diligently and were so neat and clean! You would never know anyone was working there. When the entire job was completed, it just looks absolutely stunning! So flexible, so professional, and we just had an overwhelming feeling of trust with these folks. Damage repair is never a positive thing to go though, but if you end up needing this type of work, I would recommend Paul Davis every single time! Kudos to the whole team, you guys rocked it!! Phenomenal experience under the circumstances!

It has been a long process going on 14 months, yet your team made it a smooth and comforting experience. • I do know that your entire team helped out throughout the entire process and did an amazing job from the mitigation to the rebuild, design and finish • Your entire team treated my property as if is was their own treasures • I would like to call out 3 Super Stars on your team • Daryl and his awesome communication skills on the mitigation and taking good care of the contents and made sure the contents were handled with care • Camille is an invaluable resource who took great pride in helping me select the correct finishes, fixtures, colors etc. I could not have done it without Camille’s keen eye and sense of style • Paul was the conductor of the orchestra, Paul’s calm nature added a personal touch to the entire process and I felt very comfortable with the decisions Paul made during the process David your entire team is professional, courteous, caring and respectful You should be proud to have this team at Paul Davis Ron

I had Dan Johnson out to the house to verify a cleanup I did myself after a small drain leak. Dan pointed out some areas that were still wet, told me how to get them dried out myself since it was minimal, and then stopped out the next week to verify everything was dry. I feel much better knowing everything is good to go instead of guessing. Thanks for the help guys! Great customer service – I’ll definitely be calling again if the need arises.
