My mom had the lower level/walk out basement of her house flood from too much rain and a downspout in the very wrong place, with an overgrown drain. Our region of the state was hit with nonstop rain for days so we weren’t the only ones in need of help. We called some other places and they did their best to fit us in but it was a holiday weekend and it would be 4 days until they had availability, understandably. My sister suggested Jet Dry Cleaning and Restoration and I am so glad she did! They had a crew to our house within 45 minutes. They were friendly, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable of exactly what had to be done. They removed everything that they could that had potential to grow mold, and treated the rest. Set up fans and dehumidifiers in precise locations so everything would dry and not be hazardous. When they came back to pick up all the equipment, they cleaned everywhere including steam cleaning the carpet. We didn’t have to worry about finding a contractor to fix anything because they gave us the information of a gentleman they use. Everything was taken care of fast and efficiently. They are the exact people you need when “stuff” hits the fan.

From quote to completion, Walt, Aaron, Jake and Emlio were fantastic. Explained evey step thoroughly, were great with questions. Friendly and personable as well. All in addition to all that, my carpets and upholstery are clean and refreshed after a long period of neglect. Don’t hesitate to select Jet Dry! Amazing job!

Jer Dry”s Techs did an Awesome job in cleaning out the ductwork in our home, and did it ever need it ! I couldn’t believe it. I am so glad it is done and the constant dusting I always seemed to be doing has got to be far less now, I’m sure.

We got the Air Ducts cleaned by the Jet Dry team and are extremely satisfied with the service! They showed up on time, were professional and polite as well as hygienic (Shoe covers). They left the home extremely clean by vacuuming up after words. They took before and after pictures to let us see what were in the vents. We also added the dryer vent on the day of and they were accommodating. Highly recommend this family business and would use them for other services as well.

Walt and his crew from Jet Dry did a great job with the water cleanup and remediation of my finished basement. Walt was amazingly responsive, he was kind and understood I was in crisis mode. He answered my call and brought a dehumidifier out late the first evening. His crew came promptly first thing the next morning. They were hard workers and responsible, showing respect for our personal belongings and home. The guys came right on time and began cleaning all the ducts for my heating system. They completed the job in approximately 3 hours. They were hard working and very courteous and professional. They took pictures of inside the ducts before and after. The price very fair and they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Vacuumed everything!! I highly recommend them and will use them many times in the future for all the other services they provide. Perfect!!
