With the heavy rains we recently experienced we got an unpleasant wake up call to a sump pump dying and flooding our basement laundry room. This was our first serious bad experience as relatively new home owners. Blue Bear team came quickly, assessed the situation, walked us through the plan and explained everything along the way. We felt informed, supported, listened to. The crew was respectful of our home and time.

Donnie, Rob, Ty and John were very easy to work with. Work was done professionally and communication was excellent. Erin was very easy to communicate with and even though Chuck was unable to secure a repair company, he did contact me promptly. Other than the repair portion of this process, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed their services for restoration

Very professional company and did what they needed to do to get our basement cleaned and restored. Donny was knowledgeable about how to fix our problem and made sure to come check every day to make sure moisture levels had returned to normal.

Donny did a great job assessing the damage.Danny set up all the equipment. Donny did a great job removing all the equipment. We were very comfortable having them our home. I’m glad we hired them.

I’m very impressed with Blue Bear and their efficiency and timeliness. Kyle came to my house to inspect my basement which had flooded. He was honest and professional. I am so grateful for his help. I highly recommend Kyle and Blue Bear!

I want to thank the crew at Blue Bear for doing such a wonderful job in my water restoration damage. Don O did exceptional work in “tenting” the affected areas which was a difficult task. Don checked the equipment and numbers on a daily basis and he told me to call him any time if something was not working properly. Don is an asset to the company. He was thorough , professional, polite and hard working. A special thanks to Tony Rebis for getting Blue Bear up and running in the community. Charles was a consummate gentleman. Everyone that came here during the long duration were very nice and did a good job. Don’t hesitate to contact Blue Bear Restoration if you need restoration work, you will not be disappointed.
