EFS came in right away and cleaned up whatever they could and then salvaged and stored 60% of my things that were mostly smoked damaged ..they were a proffesional and courteous team and I highly recommend

On February 2023 we lost our house due to the neighbors fire next door and at that time thought the world came to a stop. Emergency Fire Services (EFS) were one of the first contractors there. Upon talking to their representative, I knew there was no other choice and hired them for the job. It was the best decision we had made. Jordan, Chris , Charlie, Aris, Besin, Jaime, Roberto, Leo and Paula were exceptional in every sense of the word. We are more than thankful! They made this project feel so personal and did everything they could when asked of something. So easy to work with, work was amazing!. We received a brand new house that we fell in love with the beautiful modern look to this day and we can’t thank EFS enough. From the bottom of my family’s heart, Thank you!!! I would recommend EFS 100%

EFS was on the scene of a fire my parents had at their property. Nobody is prepared for a fire at their home and there were many people lined up waiting to speak with my parents. Long story short, EFS spoke to them and was able to obtain their business without my parents taking the time to actually research and educate themselves on the process and EFS as a company. There was an immense amount of pressure placed on my parents and I even received a phone call from someone claiming to be a Fire Marshall not sure if this was someone from EFS but it was rather ironic. In a nutshell, the means in which the business was obtained was very predatory and unethical. Despite my reservations due to their methods I had been in contact with a gentleman named Charlie from EFS whom made me feel at ease and even took the time to educate me on the process and also provided support when we had questions related to the evacuation of tenants, etc. Simply out of respect to Charlie I had a meeting with EFS in person in order to express how I felt about the way in which the initial business was obtained. After meeting with the owner Jordan, my family and I did not feel comfortable moving forward. Full disclosure, I cannot speak on the quality of the work nor was our decision based on this, it was purely based on the initial means of obtaining the mitigation work and our meeting with Jordan.

My family member had a fire in queens ny. This company pressured my elderly mother into signing a contract while her house was still burning! They overcharged us. Things were missing from our house. Please dont hire these crooks! The owner of this company jordan boryk has multiple lawsuits and bad reviews. I shouldve looked them up prior to hiring them.

Santos and the crew saved the day. We had a small fire in our boiler room and Santos did as promised. We were back in the house within 2 days and now we’re dealing with the insurance company. It is my pleasure to leave a good review for these wonderful people. Thank you guys.

Recently did a job in Brooklyn won’t disclose location this company stole my car key fob while working created more damage to property to charge insurance higher rate do not I repeat do not allow this business into your homes

THANK YOU EFS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRE RESTORATION COMPANY. THEY DID AS PROMISED. THEIR WORK WAS DONE WITH QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. I DONT KNOW HOW I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THROUGH AN INSURANCE CLAIM WITHOUT THEIR HELP. GINA, MY ACCOUNT MANAGER WAS A HUGE HELP IN DEALING WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEIR POLICY’S.
