WOW! My experience with each individual I spoke to in this company was exceptional! I had a sudden and of course completely unexpected sewage pipe break in January 2024. From the person I spoke to on phone, to the main contact who called me right back to say someone would be on the way in less than 2 hours to the amazing guys who did the the cleanup, ripped up and removed carpet and set up machines to make sure everything was sanitized, dry and the air purified. Two days later one guy returned to test the wood to make sure all was dry and that all sanitization was complete and removed the machines. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Home ownership is wonderful thing until you start having problems. My elderly mother has been in her house for over 60 years and lately has been dealing with water issues in the basement. She knew she needed to have it taken care of but felt very uneasy about having strangers in her house. We ended up with the 1-800-waterdamage Nesconset team and from the time of her first meeting with them she felt comfortable. Not only were they professional, courteous and meticulous in their work, they were also friendly and easily approachable. Thanks to Dave’s highly competent team my mother’s water issues are now a thing of the past. It’s hard to know who to trust these days, but I trust Dave and his team. I have no regrets and would definitely use them again.
