Wow!! I cannot say enough good things about the service we received today from Paul Hoffman. I’m a real estate agent. Paul came to my listing today, in less than 2 hours and met with the homeowner. He came up with a simple plan that the homeowner can follow that will correct the issue. He FAR exceeded any expectations we had. I have been remiss in not posting this review earlier. On Labor Day I went into the basement at 8:00am and found 2″ of water. After turning off the water main I called my plumber who stopped the problem and got my water back on. He then referred me to Jimmy and his crew. Within a short time his crew was there and by 3:00pm my basement had been drained of water. (And I have a big basement!)The next day they were there making sure that mold would not be a problem. And weeks later they had made my basement look like new. Incredible job. Incredible crew.

My family used Servpro after a traumatic incident in the home. It was a very stressful and trying time for us, dealing with the physical effects to the home and the emotional impacts to us as people. ServPro, and their employee Paul, was a very steady hand, was constantly responsive, and was even able to help us deal with insurance and other issues we had to address as a result. We cannot speak highly enough of ServPro and are so thankful for all of the support and guidance Paul provided to us.

I had water damage and mold in the basement due to pipe leak. I called Servpro of Amityville/Lindenhurst and there they were to the rescue. Clean up and restoration was immaculate. On top of that…. MOLD BE GONE. My basement is back. Highly recommend the guys at Servpro of Amityville/Lindenhurst. Very professional, quick, and detailed.

We met Paul of Servpro Lindenhurst and he immediately took interest in our home disaster involving air contamination with silica dust caused by a Long Island basement waterproofing company. He and his team worked relentlessly at a very difficult situation. We had air tests before and after contamination so the results could be measured. His determination to make the situation right proved to us that making the air quality livable again was the ONLY possible outcome. A trusted individual from an excellent company.

SERVPRO guided us every step of the way from start to finish.Their knowledge of claims procedure was one of the main reason for us using their services.It is almost 3 months since the incident and they still are here making sure our claim is processed properly. Called other water damage companies in Massapequa and nobody picked up the phone at 2:30 in the morning except these guys at Servpro in Amityville. My house had water all over the place when we came back from vacation and a pipe broke under the sink. They showed up within an hour and were cleaning up water. They had a crew of guys running extractors and pumps. Great group of guys. Very friendly. Thanks for coming out to Massapequa in the middle of the night.
