I had a conversation with Colby regarding an issue on a home I represent as a real estate Broker. He was kind enough to direct me in a way where I (my homeowner)could save money even though they technically provide the service I requested. You don’t see a lot of that anymore in business and I greatly appreciate his time and effort. A true gentleman and I will highly recommend this company in the future.

We found that our basement was flooded and reached out to Blue Dot Restoration to help get the water out and to clean up/remove damaged items and drywall that was wet and replace. Everyone I spoke with and/or came to my house was kind and understanding and extremely efficient at their work and knowledge. They made such a stressful situation much easier on my family and I. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Amazing company to work with.

We had water damage which developed into a huge mold issue. We called Blue Dot Restoration and Chris arrived, gave a fair estimate, and educated us along every step of the way. You can tell he truly loves what he does.

In 2021 we had a major water leak in our crawl space that had been undetected for quite some time. The leak caused major mold and water damage. Chris responded promptly and came up with a restoration plan. He and his team worked diligently and stayed with the problem until it was corrected. It took several weeks because there was so much mold. After the work was completed Chris followed up a number of times to assure that everything was OK. We highly recommend Blue Dot for any mold or water problems. They are A number 1 in our book!

Frozen pipes burst in our heating system after we lost power. They were on site same day, explained the water mitigation process and rebuilt everything. Process was quick and painless.

We had a big franchise do water mitigation for us and called Blue Dot Restoration come in to quote the repairs as they were recommended by a friend. There work was top notch and they worked with my adjuster to make my life easier. I wish I called them first as they identified areas that were still left wet by the big franchise. If you need help with a broken pipe, make them your first call.
