We had a catastrophic leak at our house and to say we were devastated to come home from vacation to it is an understatement. We made three calls to find the right crew for the job and I am very glad we choose ServePro of Port Jeff. I had Kevin show up that same evening to take a look. He was helpful and sympathetic. He even reached out the next day offering to help do any walk through with insurance company despite me using his services or not. It stuck in my mind and ultimately I went with his company. The crew that was onsite handling the mitigation aspect was incredible. They were extremely sensitive to our situation. They handled phone calls with electrician, allergist, and plumber. They packed up all our stuff which I am so grateful because we were in no emotional state to go through that daunting task. They handled all our belongings with care and professionalism. It’s very hard to have people handle your belongings as it’s not just “stuff” it’s what makes our home a home. Luckily the crew really showed a great deal of empathy to make us comfortable. In addition to all of this mentioned other things that I appreciated during this ordeal were the following: 1) same crew showed up everyday for duration of the process 2)communication between my project manager Kevin about any outside company coming into our home. We always knew who was coming and times. 3) the crew consisting of Patrick, Paul and Joey where always respectful to my family and each other. They were professional and I felt comfortable as a 5 ft 100 lbs woman with a small child being in the house alone with them. 4) Patrick the crew leader was phenomenal. He dictated tasks to the crew with respect and professionalism while himself doing lots of the work. He’s not a sit around kind of a boss. He did handle our most sensitive items personally and that showed the amount of pride he has in his work. Always a smile on his face and he even personally moved our most needed items to the rental property while home gets put back to its former self. 5) Kevin was our project manager and was available at anytime. Literally a phone call away. He was professional and kind to his crew and very knowledgeable. He really has held my hand through this ordeal. 6) I have meet with Rob and Dave who handle the reconstruction side and I really felt so at ease with them both. I intend on using their services for the reconstruction. Will update once job is completed.

This company is unbelievably great. I had a flood in my kitchen that also flooded my basement. My sister had used ServePro about a year ago for a much worse catastrophe than mine. They had done such a great job for her that I called them right away. In a few days they had completely emptied my kitchen and basement and packed everything away in a pod they had moved onto my driveway. They then cut the sheet rock above the water line in both rooms, removed carpets, flooring, cabinets and all furniture. It was amazing. Adding to that the crew they sent were the most polite and efficient people I’ve ever worked with. The man in charge of the demolition was calm and reassuring. He definitely kept me from having panic attacks. The icing on the cake is that the company handles everything with the insurance company. I couldn’t be happier!

I can’t praise these guys enough. Our downstairs flooded and these guys came in and did an amazing job addressing the issue. They were so personable and answered every question we had. Plus, they were so considerate and ensured the space was clean every day before they left. Thank you so much Sam for your leadership during such a stressful ordeal and the help of the rest of the team Joey, Juan, and Vicente!
