Exceptional service, professionalism and speed. A burst pipe caused immediate havoc – time was of the essence. Servpro responded to the call immediately and turned the nightmarish situation around. We can’t praise them enough. They left the space ready for necessary cosmetic repairs. Highly recommend.

Recently dealt with a flooding issue due to negligent upstairs tenants. Servpro was my first call and they were there the same day to start the restoration process. They were thorough in their inspection and work to make sure no water was trapped in any crevice, behind any wall, etc. They also helped pack up all of my belongings and move it to a storage facility while construction on the apartment was underway. When construction finished they promptly returned all of my belongings, which were neatly and safely wrapped.

Servpro Garden City was a lifesaver when we had a main line back up. They came to assess the situation quickly and was able to fit us in that week for a clean up. Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and easy to work with. Edwin and his partner did the clean up and they did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend Servpro.

When we had a massive steam leak in our walls our management company contracted the team to mitigate the damage and mold. Even though the building (not us) was technically the client, Tim and his crew were responsive, did a tremendous job, and even helped us several weeks after on a related but adjacent issue. Super helpful team and highly recommend for anywhere they are prepared to assist!

Excellent Company, Excellent Service! Highly Recommended Servpro, is the most professional, responsive, and responsible home improvement company I have ever used. I am incredibly impressed by the quality of their work and the friendliness of their employees. The office staff, management, and cleaning crew were courteous and helpful. You could tell they cared about doing a great job. I contacted Servpro to clean our apartment after a steam leak damaged our hardwood flooring. Our co-op hired someone to replace, sand, and finish our floors. After the floors were finished, there was dust everywhere. It set off my allergies and asthma. We needed the apartment cleaned ASAP. I contacted Servpro on a Tuesday. A supervisor came by that day and I had the bid that night. They scheduled the work for Friday, three days later. A team of five workers arrived promptly at 9 o’clock on Friday and spent the whole day washing walls, pictures, ceilings, floors, and windows. The crew even cleaned inside of the cabinets and wiped down the continents. They took pictures first, so that they could put things back exactly where they found them. After Servpro finished, the apartment was sparkling and I could breathe without coughing, sniffling, or red scratchy eyes. The apartment was . A friend even remarked how much brighter our home was. We had to pay for the service ourselves and it was worth every penny. Again, I enthusiastically recommend Servpro!
