We had a furnace puffback at my house and was not sure what to do. We called Golden touch restoration and they helped me out tremendously, and were attentive through every step of the process. Dewayne was really delicate with the packing up of my belongings. Hopefully you don’t have to experience something unfortunate like a puffback, but I recommend calling golden touch if you do.

I don’t know what we would have done without Golden Touch Restoration Specialist. when our sewer flooded our basement. They were there within the hour when we called and started the process to get us cleaned up and back together. Thank you Dewayne and taniesha for a great job, very well done!! Absolutley amazing company, from start to finish. While visiting my parents in NY, they had a backup in their basement and it flooded the entire basement. Golden touch was there within an hour after we reached out and walked all of us through the process. The job was done efficiently and we trusted them in our home. The insurance adjuster for our claim even commented on their professionalism at one point. Thank you Golden Touch for a wonderful experience, 100% reccomend!!
