I contacted Paul Davis Emergency Services after my hot water tank leaked in my finished basement. I was not in the area at the time but I spoke with Chris who went to my house the next day. He told me to what needed to be done and said he could start cleanup the next day. Over the next few days they came with equipment, cleaned and sanitized everything and completely dried out the area. They were very punctual and very reliable. They worked with my insurance company for payment as well. By the time they were done, you never would have known anything went wrong down there. I can’t thank them enough (especially Chris!) and highly recommend them. They did a fantastic job!

They responded very quickly, eliminated the standing water, pulled up the soaking wet carpet and disposed of it. Then they positioned large fans to dry out the basement, the fans operated for 3 days. They were professional and a pleasure to work with.
