After all the rain recently, our entire basement flooded. The team from Servpro was amazing. From getting here in an incredibly timely manner, to thorough evaluation and projections. Everything was communicated, so there were no suprises. The job was done effectively and efficiently and we could not have been more pleased.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL TAPPED KEY TO UNIT AND LEFT THE JOB UNFINISHED DECPITE BEING FULLY PAID! 1. My condo unit suffered water and mold damage due to negligence by the management company, MEM Property Management. 2. After four months of back-and-forth, they finally hired Servpro for cleanup post-roof repair. 3. Servpro was tasked with removing all mold but failed to do so adequately, taking advantage of the ineffective property management. 4. Mold remains in air ducts and vents; their solution was to cover them with plastic, trapping mold inside. 5. Servpro caused damage by stepping through the bedroom ceiling twice, leaving poorly patched holes. 6. Despite knowing there was no electricity, they made a fuss about bringing generators. 7. Instead of a review, they taped the key to the door, risking invasion by a squatter. 8. I advise against using Servpro due to their unprofessionalism and willingness to cut corners despite high charges. 9. I intend to file charges and report them to the health department for providing an unsafe environment.

I had a great experience with Servpro of Fort Lee. From the first call everything went smoothly. Andoni was the representative that handled my claim and everything went as well as possible. Everyone was very professional and all the work was done very well. Would use them again in a heart beat.

Renovating a house is always stressful and it became even more stressful when the toilet overflowed in our newly renovated basement due to the damaged drainpipe from the street. In the midst of panic and imagining the worst possible outcome, I received a call from Chris Purguy from Servpro after PSEG contacted him. Thankfully, Chris was extremely patient with me and assured me that him and his team were going to take care of the problem. And they did! They took time to take a look at the damaged area, disinfected the area thoroughly, completed the work in a timely manner, and left the job site very clean and orderly.
