I am happy with the service we had from PuroClean. Steve went above and beyond to help me with the water leakage problems caused by my upstairs neighbors. Steve showed his patience and professionalism by explaining every step to me in details. He was very responsive even after hours. They also did a good job cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend Steve and his team.

This PuroClean team was superb , to say the least. Steve and his crew assisted us with water damage from a frozen pipe and they were very experienced and professional. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. They explained how there meters and gadgets worked and what the readings meant, and the steps they would take to mitigate and dry everything out. The communication and customer service was excellent and they did an inspection of my whole basement at beginning and at end of service, I am so glad to have had them service my home and would highly recommend them to anyone with any water damage or mold needs. PuroClean not only over delivers but does so with the upmost in professionalism. The staff is trustworthy and reliable which gives you a secure feeling having them in your home. Jeff handles everything with the insurance company so you do not have to. I highly recommend them for all of you water and fire damage needs.
