Jason and his team quickly came to the rescue after a hidden leak had been discovered under our sink and cabinets in our kitchen. Jason was super fast at responding back to any communication. He took over dealing with our insurance as well (which was great) and got in there asap to mitigate and get the damage out. We ended up having significant mold which was unsettling but Jason and his crew rectified the situation. They were super punctual, personable, knowledgeable and cleaned up EVERYTHING. We truly feel so happy to have found them in such a stressful situation. Thanks Jason and Crew at NE Disaster!!

Do not hire for mold remediation, 10/10 do NOT recommend. Jason and Brian talked a very big game, and they completely over promised and under delivered. We hired NEDS to fix water damage after a fridge leak. They did the work in half the time they said they would, and they did half the job. They actually created a mold problem in my house and I had to pay another company to come in and do the job right. The impact their negligence has had on our lives is substantial. Check out the photos below of their remediation- according to NEDS all the mold was “killed” / “treated”. Mold has to be physically removed, not just sprayed with bleach/MMR nor fogged. FYI I tried contacting the owner to right the situation instead of writing this review, but he didn’t want to accept responsibility/do the right thing. Do not hire NEDS for any water damage, they are negligent.

I needed to quickly get my mother’s house on the market. It had some mold in the attic/basement and extensive damage from a mouse infestation. Jason advised on how to correct the airflow to the attic to prevent the mold from returning and did a great job remediating all mold and completely stripping the semi-finished basement to the framing and replacing damaged insulation. The basement clean up was a selling point for buyers. I would highly recommend his team. They are professional, on time, and very responsive.

While a remediation company probably isn’t often praised for their care, empathy, and compassion I want to start by commending NEDS for all of that and more. After nearly a year of our twin 4-year-olds consistently being sick with things like asthma and total hair loss, I looked into how mold toxicity could play in as a factor. We did an at-home mold test and found that there was mold in the air. I called a remediation company in our town and left a voicemail with obvious worry in my voice. Later that evening, I received a call from the owner of NEDS explaining that the other company had went out of business but he had heard the voicemail from that company’s owner and wanted to give me a call to help me out as soon as he could. I further explained our situation and he told me Samantha would be calling the next day to schedule something for later that week. The next morning she called and within a day I had Jason at my door to assess the situation. He did a thorough inspection and explained that remediation to 3 rooms was needed. He worked with me and my schedule to get the remediation started and also worked with our insurance company for payment (which is definitely the worst part – I have quickly learned that insurance companies are no fun to work with.) Unfortunately, once the remediation began, more mold was found in the walls and floors and ultimately we had to move out while remediation and rebuild is taking place. Jason helped us get connected to an environmental engineer so they could do a pre-remediation and post-remediation test on the house’s air to ensure that it will be safe to move back into. The craziest part about all of this to me is that we never could see any mold, it was all hidden! Needless to say, this entire situation has been incredibly stressful on my family and me but Jason, Samantha, Josh, and the entire NEDS team has truly helped to ease some stress with their care, empathy, compassion, grace, concern, understanding, expertise, and listening ears. They have arrived on time each day, have left the house extremely clean (which is crazy because it is NOT a clean job), have been very fair with payment and pricing, Jason has answered all of my “concerned mom” texts (even on his wedding day!), he has kept me in the loop on everything happening, and has been very thorough and honest in explaining what is going on in our house. It is hard to trust someone you have never met with your greatest financial asset (house) and your greatest love (kids) but I trust Jason and his team and couldn’t have a higher regard for them all. On a happy note – we have been out of the house during the remediation/rebuild process for two weeks and my kids haven’t needed their inhalers once and my daughter already has little hair sprouting up on her head! I truly cannot thank Jason and his team enough for all they have done for us during such a stressful time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Was about to close on a house, bank appraiser found mold in the basement, wouldn’t sign off until it was removed. Jason and his team found time in their schedule to get in there quickly and complete the job. Got it done in time to save the closing date and everyone was happy. Did a great job too. 10/10 would recommend!

It’s never a good thing when you have to call a remediation company, but Jason and his team came in and took over with ease. I no longer had to spend any energy thinking about it and they even dealt directly with the insurance company to quickly close the claim. They went above and beyond to make sure the house was safe and mold free after water damage including inventory of items and cleaning of anything that may have been exposed to potential mold spores. I was able to let go of a stressful situation with confidence it was being handled by a top notch and integrity based company.

Would highly recommend if you’ve experienced any water damage with the recent heavy rains and flooding! Our basement flooded twice this past winter, leaving us in a pretty rough situation. Jason and his crew were great to work with, did an incredible job with the remediation, and treated our home with respect. I can’t speak highly enough of them.

NE Disaster Solutions did a great job at my house! We suffered a basement toilet backup that affected two rooms. NE Disaster demo’d the damaged material, bleached the floor, and dried it out. They left a great workspace for the GC to redo the floor. Nick, Josh, and Jordan were awesome! Get those guys a bonus!

Nick and his team did an outstanding job at my condo. The water damage and mold was more serious than first thought. I am confident the mold is gone. Nick and his team treated my condo like it was their own.
