My hot water heater leaked and flooded my downstairs. A friend had worked with Burke Emergency Restoration and referred me to them. It was the best recommendation ever! A team came to my home within a day of my initial call, made an assessment, and started work right away. The team provided regular and timely communication keeping me well informed about when they were coming to my home, the work they were doing, and next steps. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job….I couldn’t have asked for more. I was more than pleased with my Burke ER experience and recommend them without reservation.

I recently contracted with Burke ER for mold removal and treatment of my basement floor. The estimate was very reasonable for the size of the job and included removal of the entire raised floor and the supporting wood underneath, and treatment of all areas for mold. Seth explained the whole process to me, said they would box up everything in the room and move it as they worked, and there was a lot down there. He and Cody left their work area cleaned up after each day’s work and Seth told me what was done that day and what they would be doing the next day. They were courteous and respectful of the property and Seth was patient in answering my questions. All the mold damaged wood was removed in heavy sealed bags at the end of each day. They brought in a big dehumidifier, air scrubber and fans and left them running throughout the job and over the weekend after the job was done to insure all mold was cleared from the air. I was pleased and impressed with the quality of the job they did. Addie in the office was very thorough in communicating what the next steps were, she was friendly and polite. Everyone I talked to who represented the company was professional and knowledgeable. My experience with Burke ER was excellent. I would recommend them 100% without hesitation.

We called Burke ER for mold remediation in our attic (the result of years of poor ventilation). Matthew spent a ton of time patiently discussing the problem and remediation options with both my wife and myself. His team surveyed the situation and we agreed on a way forward, but not before we had asked Matthew to include or remove various options four or five times. Once we agreed, the Burke team started the job within a week. The two technicians, Tim and Cody, who performed the work were outstanding. This work was all done during the latest heat wave when it was over 90 degrees every day (outdoors). They were hard workers who showed up on time and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Burke ER for any of your restoration needs. They will take the time to work with you until you’re comfortable with the solution. A great company! Randall Landry Londonderry, NH

Unfortunately experienced a water leak causing considerable damage to the first floor of my Townhouse/Condo. From my first call to Burke ER, have been impressed with the overall timeliness and quality of the work performed. Of significant note was their communication, keeping me informed each step of the process. We recently experienced the unfortunate situation of water in our basement. My first call was to Burke Emergency Restoration. They had a crew at our home within two hours starting the cleanup. They were very respectful, their work was efficient, professional and complete. They were even in contact with the insurance adjuster with photos and information about the damage making the claims process easy. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do they will be my first call.

I cant say enough good things about these guys. We had a pipe break and had water throughout our finished basement. After calling the plumber and getting that part fixed I called Burke. Within a few hours the guys were at the house. They went right to work and within hours had all the water out and the belongings moved. They removed the floors, baseboards, ceiling, wall pieces and took it all away. They moved the unaffected furniture to a safe area. They then set up all the fans and dehumidifiers etc. Every day they came back early and took moisture readings and did what they had to with the fans and machines. The workers were very friendly, professional, competent and hard working. If you have an incident, call these guys.

Very pleasant remediation of a black water overflow at my duplex in Manchester. Was not a insurance claim, so out of pocket was an issue. The price was fair and the job was completed in a timely and professional manner. Will definitely use Matt’s team if any other problems come up in the future. Highly recommend this company from start to finish.

Car got wet inside and I needed immediate help to dry it out. John stepped in immediately and it was dry and good to go within 2 days. Outstanding service at a moments notice!
