We had a small fire in our house and needed a restoration company asap. Called 24 Hour Flood Pros, Chamoni and Matthew were at our house less than an hour from our initial phone call. They put our minds at ease and worked with our insurance company. Never thought I needed a service like this ever before, but I don’t know who to call. I highly recommend to all my friends and family, and I’ve read them as you found the right people. Thank you for saving my house.

I noticed I had water damage in my kitchen Chamoni and Matt from 24 hour Flood Pros did an amazing job fixing my problem and their customer service was on point super professional and very understanding of my situation . I highly recommend them if you have any emergency flood/water damage that needs fixed!

On Saturday 6/1, carpet installers stopped all work because they found “black mold” in the master bedroom. We have less than 1 week left before we have to be out of our house in CA and into this new house in Dayton. So we urgently needed to get someone out to investigate and remove the “mold” and old carpet so the carpet installers can finish their work and we can move in. We contacted the 24 Hr Flood Pros because of their hours. It was a Saturday after all. Sunday morning, Fernando came out to investigate; see if there was an active leak, take readings and measurements. He said once he gets a claim number from our insurance he can come back do more investigating and provide an estimate. Monday 6/3 we got our claim# and provided it to Fernando directly. The insurance adjuster wanted to see the damage for himself so I drove 4 hours to meet him Tuesday at 2pm and contacted Fernando directly to have him meet us there Tuesday as well and he agreed. He never showed up. Luckily our insurance adjuster knew of a company, Paul Davis, and reached out to them on our behalf since we really need to finish our carpet install before we move all our furniture in but they won’t come back until we’ve mitigated the water damage. PD came out the next day, Wednesday, did a much more extensive investigation; flooded the suspected wall that’s allowing water in, removed the damaged baseboard, cut deeper into it to see if the insulation was wet as well. They discovered and verified a lot more than 24 hr flood pros did. Now that we’ve decided to close our claim and go out of pocket bc it’s not that serious, it’s not black mold but definitely water damage we’re still waiting on an estimate from PD. But our insurance adjuster advised us to get multiple estimates so we contact 24 hr Flood pros this afternoon 6/7 and was told they would call us back but they have not yet and we have very low hopes they will. Since Fernando never showed up or contacted us, and the 24 hr flood pros main line haven’t gotten back to us either seems like there’s too much work out there to help new combers to the state or they just don’t want our money. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.
