Derick, Logan, Archie, Colton, X, and Jay are hardworking, professional and super courteous (sorry if I forgot any names). They kept my house clean, always called before they arrived, kept me updated throughout. Shayne is also an amazing supervisor, along with his supervisor Antwon. They tolerated my anxiety, many questions and concerns and phone calls. They are very realistic, honest and transparent about the process. Having a flood in the house is anyone’s nightmare, but they helped ease my fears.

We had Quick Response Restoration clean our ducts last year after the winter season because we wanted to clean out all of the dust and lint after being indoors all season. Before cleaning it out, the heating in our home was very uneven. One of the rooms was always cold and another room was always hot – which is very difficult to regulate the temperature in our home. The crew that came to our house were very respectful, kept their equipment out of our way and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. After that, we didn’t have the temperature fluctuations in our rooms like we had before. What a game changer! The owners Jason and Jackie are professional, kind and very accomodating. Their team did a great job, were very thorough in going above and beyond what we expected and we will be using them to clean out our ducting every year. Thank you Quick Response for helping us with our home!

EXCELLENT COMPANY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Amazing, fast and professional field technicians, office staff and owners. Very responsive and took care of our home when we were in a state of emergency with water damage. We were scheduled on time with finishing repairs and got the job completed as expected! We had water lines reran due to hot spot in concrete. This company came in and closed holes in walls. The workers were excellent. However, Jackie was fake sweet and sarcastic. Work was to be done by Thursday but it couldn’t be done. Jackie called to see if it was okay to skip Friday and have them finish on Saturday. I clearly told her “no” but she did it anyway and didn’t let us know. We waited all Friday for a no show. Saturday workers came and said they wanted to finish our home on Friday first but was forced to go do a 2 hole job. Jackie kept insisting the delay on our job was due to extra holes. Blaming us or the workers instead of blaming herself for not scheduling jobs correctly. She needs to go on a job with the workers. She has no idea how long and how hard they work. She’s causing the customers to get mad when the work takes longer than she allows. She sweet talks you but lies and ignores your requests.

They responded quickly to our call. They also were very honest about the repairs that needed to be done. Other companies wanted to tear into walls “just to make sure they got everything,” and charge significantly more, and that didn’t include the costs of all the repairs to the walls/floors from their exploration. The quote was fair and honest and the done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them for any future home repairs needed and be referring friends and family.
