It can be scary to hire a company without knowing if your insurance will even cover the damage that was caused by your water leak but in such situations you should reach out to Quick Dry for their professional opinion. Not only did they provide me with a free estimate but helped me understand the process of working with the insurance company and what I should expect. Its still nerve recking even with having the knowledge they provided to make an educated decision but it definitely helped. These guys made it as stream line as they could and were there to answer all of my questions.

What’s good intentions, QuickDry, I believe, overestimated the damage done by a leak caused by a repairman who tried to locate clause in a sewer pipe. Toilet water leaked onto the bathroom floor and into the hallway. It also briefly touch the carpet in the master bedroom and office. After recommending that a major renovation be done to the bathroom and two other rooms, I determined it wasn’t necessary, and I chose a different cleaning method, which I believe so problem. I canceled an insurance claim and rejected the check proposed. Thus, I read Quick Dry as fair.

I was really surprised as to how well things went. The workers were very polite and respectful of my home. They called before they came and asked if it was acceptable for me . They cleaned up behind themselves every day. They explained what they were going to do the next day. They were the best group of young men I have run into in a long time. They take their work seriously. I was very impressed overall with Quick Dry Restoration and would highly them. recommend. One picture shows the neat pile they put the torn apart cabinet and tile counter and the other show the tape they put down to keep me from hurting myself between the two rough edges of kitchen and living room floorings.
