It is a very, very incompetent company! The truth is I don’t recommend them at all! They are unprofessional and irresponsible. They have no word on what they promise and they do not fulfill their professional promises.

Honestly, this has to be the most professional business in Vegas. My wife and I both have had issues with mold in the past, so when our brand new house sprung two leaks, we were both extremely nervous to say the least. We called half a dozen mold companies, but Oliver was the only one who said, “Yep, I will be there in 30 minutes.” In actuality, he got there in 20. He inspected not just the source of the leaks, but used his light gun to survey the entire house, identifying another leak in the gym. He left without asking for any sort of payment. Our builder showed up the next day to remove all the sheetrock, and Oliver showed up at 7am and provided them with the plastic and zippers to section off the areas. He left while they did their work, and then came back during the day to inspect the areas they had opened. Still, he did not ask for any sort of payment. Finally, he came back a third time the next day once everything had been removed and started running all of his mold tests…I would say he was here for six or seven hours over two days, going up on the roof, instructing the roofer on how to fix the leaks, putting our minds at ease, and going above and beyond in every way possible. This isn’t my first rodeo with mold issues in Vegas, and I’ve dealt with several companies in the past. Oliver was WORLDS above in every regard. Honestly, if you want your issues handled quickly, efficiently, and with the utmost honestly, look no further than this company. A breath of fresh are in Vegas.

It has taken 3 YEARS for the owner to respond to my initial review. To see original review from 2017, scroll down to Amanda Toomey. There is also no reason to contact the owner to resolve issues as they claim. Craig Herrman was given close to a year to rectify his companies negligent and substandard work. He sent various contractors out including himself, none of which communicated with one another. Instead of addressing and fixing the mass issues, the owner spent the time adding late fees because I would not pay until the work was completed which is standard and then proceeded to attempt to sue me in small claims court to recoup the money he felt he should be paid without completing job and thousands in late fees. I would highly recommend looking into another company and save yourself the heart ache. Substandard work, no one properly overseeing the job sight, various days workers would not show. The owner is more concerned about rectifying his reviews so he can bring in more business. When I Came down to sitting in a court room where he lost, The judge had to keep informing him that she legally could not force me to remove or change my reviews. It would be in Craigs best interest to do a better work and his reviews would reflect that. Throughout the whole ordeal I kept pictures and documentation of every interaction, highly recommended it if you choose to work with this company.

This company is great! We called them as soon as we found out we had mold in one of our bathrooms. They had Oliver at our home that same day. Oliver did an outstanding job with explaining everything and having his crew remove the mold in a timely matter. Thank you so much Oliver! We will be recommending this company to family and friends.

Five stars not NEAR enough for this company. I give them 1000 stars! From the people who answer the phones to the professional who came out, top of the line, BEST company I have ever worked with. I am so glad I called them. I called 4 companies when I thought had a possible mold issue after having a leaking pipe under my house that came up under my wood flooring. Was in the process of replacing wood flooring with tile when it was discovered. Of the 4 companies that came out to inspect the potential mold, Mold Eliminators was by far the best, fairest, most honest. They excel in knowledge and customer service. Now to talk about the man who helped me so much, I don’t know what I would have done without him…Oliver is truly an angel. I was at my wits end with 2 companies telling me I most certainly had mold and to give them $1500-$2000 and they would tent it and remove it. Mind you, no swabs were taken or instruments used, this was all just by looking at it. They had deceit written all over these people. And then there was Oliver, my savior, who came over a few hours after I called. He took one look and said “you are so lucky, you should go play the lottery”, this is NOT mold. He then confirmed with the cameras, etc. He checked again, and again nothing. I then called the tile company to tell them it’s not mold and they didn’t believe him, said they are NOT coming out to finish tile until “the mold is all cleaned up and gone”! BTW, DO NOT, under any circumstances use Eclipse Tile. So, Oliver, the genuinely kind, honest person he is came out again, the next day to help me. This time he did swabs, in several areas, once again, proving it was NOT mold and took pictures for the tile company who thinks they know more about mold than a company specializing in it! I just cannot say enough nice things about Oliver and Mold Eliminators! The world needs more caring, honest people like him. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I will never, ever call anyone else. I highly, highly recommend them and I will tell every single person I know, if they have a mold problem, look no further than Oliver! Thank you, a million thanks to you Oliver!
