The team is very good at what they do. They are courteous, polite, professional and understand the need for urgency and act upon it. They are easy to reach and available. They handle issues even on weekends. Vanessa Rodriquez is superb with her communication everytime we have called Drytech. I would recommend Drytech for their services.

Will did such a great job ! It looks better then it did when I moved in ! He was great with communication, was on time and did not drag the job out . I definitely recommend Dry Tech for any home restoration needs !

Dry Tech is the best company that I’ve ever done business with. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I’m big on customer service and this company did not disappoint me. Doug Gandy helped me understand the whole process and set me at ease by making sure everything ran smoothly. He was easy to reach when I needed him, very friendly and helpful. Vanessa Rodriguez was incredible. She always picked up the phone whenever I called. No matter how busy things got on her end, she was always there to answer my questions and emailed requested documents immediately. I never had to hound anyone or chase them down. They’re very efficient and get things done in a timely manner. These folks truly do care about their customers and work hard to make sure we’re satisfied. The two feet of water damage repair work they had done on my bathroom actually upgraded it, making it better than it was before the damage! Thank you so much Dry Tech. You’re absolute amazing.

Dry Tech Restoration was a great company to work with for mitigation services when my water heater leaked and cause damage in my garage. They started the process the next day after my assessment appointment and completed it all in 4 days. They were good at communicating and work around your schedule. Will was the one coming to my house and doing the work, he did a good job and was very friendly. Highly recommend this company!

This company is very incompetent and very unprofessional. After they removed the damage dry walls and areas that has very little water damage and ready to move forward to next phase to give their second estimate to my insurance they decided to discontinued their service just because I was concerned of their billing that cost my insurance provider almost 3k and their technician only spent as little as an hour to removed what needs to be removed. This company are so proud to mentioned they’ve been in the water damage restoration business for over 6 years I just can’t imagine how many customer this company has been scammed with their pricing. If ever anyone out there who need water damage restoration service take my word “Do Not Hire” this company. They will make and force you sign their Work Authorization without first getting an estimate so you wont get a chance to seek other estimate from other water restoration company.
