Life Savers Restoration is prompt and professional! I have used them twice due to an emergency leak I had in both my homes. They responded quickly and were very transparent! On the first occasion, they showed me where the leak was coming from and really helped and walked me through the entire process. When it was time to demo, their crew was respectful of my belongings and did their best to put everything aside, making it easy for us to maneuver through our space. On second occasion, I suspected a leak at my other house and Life Savers came again immediately to help detect the leak. They were honest with their assessment and concluded there was no leak coming from the house. If you’re looking for an honest, courteous, and professional crew, I highly recommend Life Savers Restoration.

Rudy came out right on time, and rather than trying to upsell me on something I was willing to pay for, he told me to save my money and a very simple solution which I will be following. I didn’t know there was customer service like anywhere in Las Vegas!!!!

God forbid my home ever gets flooded again but if so I am definitely calling this company. They are kind, courtesy, and professional. They made this headache so much easier. They educated me on the insurance process, handled my personal items with care, and kept me informed on next steps.

The business owner is very unprofessional. They came and did some mitigation work on 4/1 and I received an invoice dated for 4/5 with a due date of 5/5 on it. I didn’t have issues with the work, but I could tell they were just there to get insurance money. Once the insurance company issued the funds, they sent me an email asking to be paid. I had them send me the email so I could pay via cc. I even called them and had a quick discussion with Sierra who was very nice. I let her know I’d get it paid. On 4/19 they sent someone to my house to serve me a notice of intent to file a Lien. This was a bit ridiculous especially because the invoice was not past due. Very cowardly and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

Life Savers answered my questions and showed up the same day and took care of my emergency. They are as reliable as they come and extremely helpful. Costumer service was the best as well. I recommend 100%

Rudy was very helpful from the beginning. We were overwhelmed with everything that was happening with our house. He gave us the peace of mind that everything was going to be handled. His crew was very profesionals and kept us informed steped by steped of what was happening with the packing and tear down.

So, mike came out and was very late to his appointment to talk to insurance with us. Didn’t call or let us know… gets on the phone with insurance after his inspection, promises his company is the best and we’re in good hands. Insurance denies our claim… we say ok we have the cash give us a detailed estimate so we can see how much. He says ok, a few days past he says I’ll get it to you tonight after calling… still nothing call the next day no answer.. call the next day yeah I’ll get it too you… still nothing.. call after a couple days no answer… text… no response wait another day called no answer… no call back no response.. just straight ghosted us after insurance couldn’t cover it. It was like he looked at us and wrote us off as poor… we have so much equity and cash on hand we could have paid for services two times over… he just saw dollar signs when insurance was involved then couldn’t even have the decency to say hey I’m not going to run repair your house or write an estimate or even respond for that matter… horrible experience. I can’t imagine having them do work..
