Great service when we needed help for our basement flooding. I called them right when we found out our basement flooded, the ownder returned my call personally and got me on their schedule within hours. Great group of people who took care of us. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a water leak within the walls caused by my outside hose. All Dry Services responded virtually immediately after my call. The crew did an excellent and thorough job working nonstop through their lunch time. I highly recommend All Dry Services for water mitigation in your home. I hope I never need them again, but at least I know who the best in town is now.

I contacted All Dry Services after many Lincoln offices were not returning my call (5 companies) for an assortment of issues we are having with the cold weather snap. Within a few days they had an inspector (who was very knowledgeable and very informative) come out to check out the problem. He walked me through each point of the inspection and explained why and what was going on with our home. With two small kiddos at home they understood the importance of timing and left our residence better than when they showed up, which was the icing on top of the cake. They were able to help us figure out the issues and to fix them. I would also like to point out that the owner is one of the most kind-hearted and knowledgeable people in this field. If you want it done right, and want excellent customer service go no where else. I’m glad I tapped the Omaha providers to find All Dry Services even for living in Lincoln, they are the real deal.

Would for sure recommend to anyone with any type of water damage issue. The team is very personable, professional, and fair. They also have a solid external contact to repair any damaged areas after the water issue has been mitigated.

All Dry showed up on time, worked efficiently and neatly, took care to protect my things, and cleaned up after themselves. There was one issue, which was resolved very quickly. They did a fine job.

Highly recommend All Dry ! Don is great explaining “what and how” in laymen’s terms! We had them do. No kid remediation at a reasonable price, but they also do water restoration and leak detection. Lavelle and his son Sheldon did a fantastic job with all aspects of the job, to include the barrier and moisture removal! Very happy!

I had a leak in my ceiling from the condo unit above me. Don Pinkelman handled the job efficiently and professionally, especially with regard to preventing the spread of mold spores when investigating and remediating the situation. He was always on time and explained what he was doing when I had questions. I recommend him or his son Jake for any leak remediation services. I was super satisfied with the results.
