Highly recommend. Writing this because we’re NOT customers. Read on to see why we’re giving him 5 stars: Ritch came to take a look at some water that had seeped into our basement during the 6-inch rain. He looked at the carpet we’d lifted and the carpet pad we’d torn out and told us we’d already done what they would do and the only difference his company could bring to the table was larger equipment to do the job faster. Since we don’t need to get the space put back together quickly, he suggested we just add some fans and continue doing what we were doing. He stayed 40 minutes past the time he’d determined we weren’t going to be customers to check moisture levels in our walls and give us some insight into where the water entered and share some ideas for bolstering our soil around the foundation. Hoping we don’t need any help with water clean up again but if we do, we are definitely calling Ritch.

Truly a pleasure to do business with. I have a rental property in Lincoln, Nebraska, and live in California. I had an issue with a tenant that did not trust the opinion of my property manager. I had a great experience with DryHero. I recently made an offer on a house and asked Ritch to do a mold inspection. Even though he was in the midst of a very busy time, he worked it into his schedule very quickly. He also made time to talk me through what he had found in addition to the report he prepared. Due in large part to his inspection, I was able to back out of that situation without any delay and avoided getting into a house I would surely have regretted. I recommend DryHero without any reservations!

Ritch did an outstanding job! I had a client who signed a lease for an apartment, and after receiving the keys found signs of mold & previous water damage in multiple areas. The leasing agent was unwilling to move her to another apartment. This is obviously a health concern. Ritch came in and thoroughly documented the issues and the poor air quality readings. She was able to get out of her lease because of this. Can’t thank Ritch enough for his prompt response and follow up. Will definitely use Dry Hero in the future!

This is very good damage restoration company! They are a smaller company and totally worth getting their opinion on water and mold damage restoration. Of all the companies we met with in Lincoln, DryHero was the most thorough, honest and competent. Recommend!!
