Yesterday I found out I have a leak in my crawl space. My plimmer, Jason Copping, repaired my leak and removed the water. We called Stat Resteration, this morning. Within an hour an adjustors was at my house asking the damage and proceeding with the repair. All of employs who contacted me were curious and professional. I’ve had the opportunity to work with John and his team several times over the years, most recently on major flooding in my 4 unit apartment building and home. They are simply the best! Update: the work they did on our house that was under warranty was poor. They left insulation pieces all over the floor of our crawl space after removing them. 20 pieces just left on the ground instead of putting them back. Hard to work with. We were purchasing a house & wanted to get the reports for 3 separate incidents where work was done by Stat on the house due to water damage. Our realtor asked repeatedly for these reports for 2 weeks, until I finally called directly and tried to tell them this was time sensitive, as most situations are when it comes to buying a house. I was finally sent 2/3 reports that day (2 weeks after requested) and then I was told I would receive the other report by Monday or Tuesday. The person who did the job no longer worked there, so they were having a hard time tracking down the documentation, but said this person was easy to get in touch with… not very easy considering we had already waited 2 weeks. It has now been 4+ weeks. We never received the final report, didn’t even bother to follow up with us to let us know they were at least attempting to get it. Not sure why this simple task couldn’t be completed, but left a poor taste in our mouth & definitely will not be using them for our home. If you have a home you plan on selling in the future & would like accurate report documents to be maintained as well as shared in a timely manner with potential buyers, I do NOT recommend Stat Restoration.

Unbelievable, stay away from this company at all costs. They did some work on a house we bought this summer since it was under warranty from work that was done by the previous owner. Not only were they unprofessional, but after working in our crawl space they left several pieces of insulation (that they took out) on the ground instead of putting it back into its place. What a JOKE.

We called Stat after having a leaky roof in a rain storm. John showed up within 2 hours of the initial phone call, did a complete assessment of the damage and explained all the next steps thoroughly. Very professional, prompt, and genuinely kind. 10/10 recommend!!!!!
