Good luck getting a call back from this company. They do not value their customers. After two employees spent over thirty minutes at my house tracking mud up and down the stairs, I could not get anyone from the company to call me back to let me know what the bid came in at. My insurance company has stated the same about paul davis restoration in billings montana. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME! To this day, I have still not received a call back from them.

Over the course of our horrific sewage floods, we have been blessed to have Paul Davis Restoration out to our home to save the day. We had 2-3 inches of sewage in our basement when we came home from work on a Thursday night, the upstairs smell was atrocious, and we had to go get a hotel room with our 4 kids and 3 dogs. Not to worry, these guys came in at 10 that evening, worked all through the night, and had eliminated the sewage by morning. Amazing people and amazing crew. We are very grateful.

Huge shout out to Tracy and Ty! Got home last Saturday with my newborn son to find my basement flooded. They were able to come out same day and get everything that was damaged out and drying equipment put in. Thank you very much guys!

Big shout out to all the guys at Paul Davis that came in and took care of my basement. Every one was super professional and very communicative with me. Jesse and Ty did a fantastic job with the drywall. Travis and TJ went above and beyond on texturing and painting. Michael did amazing work on my floors and knocked them out in no time. And Chris, Recon Manager….this guy really went above and beyond not only in his professionalism but his knowledge and communication. There wasn’t ever a time I didn’t know what was going on and I never had to reach out. All around, a really solid group of guys here. I really appreciate all the hard work you did! Highly recommend!

When we called Paul Davis Restoration with an emergency water flood in our home, within 30 minutes there were 6 people at our house ready to help us with cleanup and restoration! Before they left they had heaters and fans working both upstairs and downstairs along with plastic barriers on the doors and floors. They checked progress daily and when they determined the sheetrock had to come off part of the basement, they removed it and did not leave any debris behind. Though the new texturing took a couple tries to get it right, they redid it until we were satisfied. Always careful not to create a mess with the sanding, texturing or painting, that was really appreciated. They even matched the existing paint on the walls. A special thank you to Grant and James for all of the hours you put in to make our home look like it did before the flood. The entire crew of people we worked with were so very friendly, kind and considerate of our feelings. A great group of people who take pride in what they do, and who do it very well!
