We had a washer overflow in our laundry room that went into 3-seperate rooms. They were at my house in less than 1 1/2 hours and dried out our hardwood floors amazingly fast. We were very pleased with the results.

This company is who you need to use for any and all floor cleaning need. They were kind enough to explain to me how to take care of a small issue I had myself instead of just charging me to do it. They are top notch and from all my friends that use them consistently, you cannot find a better company to do your business or home!

I have long said (and told friends) that Buddy’s Carpet Care is the best in Springfield. This winter my newly redone basement flooded. I was out of town and frantic as my home was listed for sale. Their other company, Tuft Aide, came out quickly and professionally removed all the water with their state of the art equipment. It took over a week, but they came each day, checked and moved equipment around and when all dry, they shampooed my carpet and all was like new. Aside from their professionalism, they are simply the nicest people you will ever deal with. I could not recommend anyone more highly.
