Fine Restoration is an excellent company. They came out and did a completely free consultation about a possible black mold issue at our house. My wife had additional questions about the consult, and the owner took additional questions over the phone after hours just to put her at ease. Highly recommend this company. Super honest and went out of their way to give us information, explain their reasoning, and ultimately put our family at ease.

Final update: After updating my review, Nic reached out asking to make things right with the repair. Although there continued to be communication issues and workers not wanting to do the whole ceiling, our ceiling is now fixed and looks good. The new workers who came out did prep the area and did a great job. We appreciate the company making this right. UPDATE: I wanted to come back and update my review and rating after the repair process. Unfortunately, after working with Briana things went down hill. Nick and Roberto were not professional and were either no call no shows or arrived several hours late. Roberto only prepped the area one of the four days he was here. The other three days he got paint/spray from the texture on our counters, cabinets, floors, rugs and even plants. We finally asked him to put a tarp over our counters on the last day and he said something to the affect that he doesn’t typically prep the area because it’s quick work. It took my husband and I an hour or so each day he left to clean up the mess he made. He also splattered leftover paint from the day in our grass out front. I was told someone would come look at the ceiling when it was all done to ensure it looked good. This has never happened. I was also told our ceiling would look brand new and that is not the case as you can tell exactly where the work was done (see attached picture). We are beyond frustrated by the whole repair process and even more upset with the final outcome. Although, Briana was great to work with as far as the water mitigation, I would not recommend this company. Fine Restoration was referred to us after we discovered water discoloration on our ceiling. Briana with Fine Restoration responded within thirty minutes of the referral to our home. She was thorough, professional and patiently answered all my questions. I felt like she genuinely cared and wasn’t just trying to collect payment. She gave us recommendations to prevent any future damage. Would definitely recommend.

My wife, son and I are on vacation with family in Florida right now for the holidays and my wife gets a notice from the water company that 100k gallons of water has been flowing into our house for the last four days! Briana and her team braved inches of snow (when most other things were closed in Lawrence) ready to pump all of that out of our house. They were there within less than an hr! When you have the feeling that your entire home is beneath a theme park sized aquarium in the middle of a snow storm, Briana’s voice is the one you want to hear on the other end of the line. She was thorough, thoughtful, and calm. Went through all the possibilities and carefully eliminated each doing what felt like systematic checks. Fortunately, no water was found. If it was, Briana had my trust in the first seconds of talking to her that she’s the person who could have gotten our home back on track to normal ASAP. Trust this team.

Amazing customer service! Company answered on my first call and was able to get out to our house to assess our water damage ASAP. I love how Briana was fair and honest with the amount of damage in our home and she saved us so much time and money. Would absolutely recommend! Will be using them for any further needs.
