I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom toilet that wasn’t apparent until there were patches in the carpet in the hallway. These folks made a terrible experience so much more bearable. Ben, Dallas, and the rest the team were respectful and thorough. They explained how their equipment worked and answered the same questions over and over. They cleaned up after themselves, gave a prompt estimate that was detailed, and charged a very reasonable rate for this single mother who also ended up self-paying. Highly recommend.

Had an incident at my house that required speciality cleaning. Called Service Master they responded within the hour. Pat was the Service Master technician. Pat did an excellent job with cleaning and was very professional and efficient. Thank you Service Master for a job well done and your quick response. You never want to get a text from your partner in the middle of a workday that says, “Call me… be calm.” Half an inch of water in the basement, half of the basement is carpeted. Ack! Ben and his crew were on site 45 minutes after I called. I lost 8 books and some papers– that’s it. No damage to drywall, carpet can be cleaned and relaid. Compared to the replacement they prevented, these guys are a bargain, and they’re gentlemen. You won’t regret the call!

Came home from work to it raining in my garage and my upstairs a splash pad sometime after 6pm. The guys showed up around 8:30 or 9 pm and stayed till after 1 am then were back at 8 am the next morning and have been here everyday since. They have been nothing but professional, friendly, respectful, and informative. I would recommend them to anyone!

I wish I could give 10 stars! Servicemaster cleaned our carpets and did a fabulous job! Dallas and his crew were professional, courteous, and did a great job explaining the process. We had a couple of tough spots and Servicemaster was able to get them out. Our carpets looks brand new! I would highly recommend this team of professionals!
