This morning, I woke up to find my basement flooded and I felt completely lost. Fortunately, I discovered Independent Restoration Services and got in touch with John, the owner/operator. John came over, assessed the situation, and listened empathetically as I vented about the flood and insurance issues. He explained my options clearly and helped me find the best solution. John and his team were professional, easy to talk to, and I 100% recommend using Independent Restoration Services. I can’t imagine anyone being able to do a better job at a better price. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What can I say except that this is the company to use! I live in a condo and my roofmate had a “water mishap”. The water from her condo bathroom/bedroom actually seeped through about 3 ft in to my master bedroom. John North (owner) came in with a couple powerful fans and dehumidifier and had it dried out in less than 24 hrs. John even moved my furniture back in to place. John was not only a nice guy & a gentleman but his customer service is awesome!!

We had John out to help us figure out what was going on with our ceiling and the water damage. Of all the worker we have had come out and try to help us he was the only one to look in our attic and take pictures and take the time to explain to us what he saw and recommended. We will definitely have John help us in the future with our restoration needs.

Highly recommend! Responsive, timely, knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. I came home from a work trip to a crawl space full of water. I called IRS to assess the water damage. John came out that day and installed a pump to remove the water from my crawl space. The next morning, after the water was removed, he went under my house, found the source of the leak, and assessed. He could have easily taken my money but, instead, he gave me guidance on how to fix the leak and manage the moisture on my own. As a single mom I greatly appreciate the help. John and Nacer were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond and I’m very grateful!

John is a great guy to work work with. He is knowledgeable and very passionate about his job. He came after work hours to look and resonded with an affordable quote promptly. Had a great experience working with IRS! They have my bathroom looking brand new! By far the best experience I have had with a contractor in a while.
