Pipe burst in the wall and flooded under the floor as my first major disaster since owning my home. The guys were here very quickly. They patiently walked me through what to expect going forward as they worked diligently. Dustan managed the project well, and I was able to get a new floor with minimum hassle. I will definitely be calling them again should the need ever arise.

911 Restoration provided very quick service and Tristan was excellent in describing what would be done and then executing it in about an hour. This was a basement flooding situation due to a clogged pipe. I would definitely use them again.

Dustan was very up front about the whole process with the water damage in my basement. He worked with me and never pressured me at any point to do something I wasn’t comfortable with.

We had a flood in our home because our water softener ruptured and Dustan and his crew were here within 30 minutes of my call. They had the cleanup started right away and they kept me informed during the entire process and had the repairs done in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dustan and his crew were excellent. We had a sprinkler that broke in our condo, and it looked like a tornado went threw it with the ceiling falling down and a lot of mold setting in quickly. They left the condo so clean for the construction company to come in. Dustan had to remove walls, etc. I can’t say enough how pleased we were. Leigh and Jay
