HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After a bad experience with another restoration company, I reached out to ServPro Of South Chesterfield/Wildwood for help. I called them after storm and water damage to the interior of our home. I initially spoke with Jeff M. and Saundra and dealt with Abe P, Nate K and Logan O Regarding regarding water, mitigation and damage abatement Their responsiveness, follow-through, follow-up and communication were EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! All of these people went above and beyond to help out and get the job done well. Can’t say enough good things from our experience with ServPro. THANK YOU!

We had a washer hose burst while we were out and came home to serious water damage. Called ServPro and they were here in less than 45 minutes! Abe, Nate, and Alex were great start to finish, got us put back together like new. Highly recommended, these guys all went the extra mile !

We had a water leak that damaged two floors in our home. The ServPro team that came over (led by Kenan) did an outstanding job cleaning up the substantial mess. They were respectful of our home and minimized the inconvenience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ServPro if Chesterfield.

Worst Customer service. Very rude staff. I couldn’t tolerate the lady on phone. She multiple times said to me in very offensive way that my accent is not good. It made me very upset and she hung up on me. She claimed to be owner as well. I called them for water restoration after my basement got flooded. Staff didn’t seem to be qualified and professional and so didn’t get the job done from them. They sent me bill of 250$ just for visiting on site. They didn’t mention initially that its gonna be charge. Usually water restoration companies give you free estimate initially but not here. Wont recommend them to anyone ever.

Multi-floor water damage from a broken water hose had me feeling overwhelmed until calling ServePro. From the assurance I received with the initial phone call and timely response with their remediation crew, ServePro handled everything, including the challenge of asbestos abatement!!! They coordinated with my insurance company and I couldn’t have asked for better communication between them, me and American Family. The mediation and now reconstruction process has had me grateful for all the details they handle. Their entire staff has been extremely helpful and informative, but their point person Brad has gone above and beyond overseeing the process, even taking the time to sit with me at Home Depot figuring out what cabinets I wanted. Unequivocally, I can say ServePro employees live their name…they truly serve their clients and are pros in their fields of expertise.
