Hands down, the BEST restoration company I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Our house flooded for the second time in a year (thanks to the previous company that had supposedly fixed the problem but obviously didn’t) and Best Option Restoration immediately came to our rescue. Their client service and communication every step of the way has been outstanding. The entire crew is friendly and works extremely hard to ensure everything is done in a timely manner and correctly! Unlike the previous company, Best Option has taken care of EVERYTHING and made this process worry free and so easy on us despite the situation we were dealing with. Joe, Doug, Noel, Mason, James, and Justin are simply amazing. If I left anyone out, I’m sorry. I pray I never have to use them for this type of situation again but, if I do, I will 100% be calling Best Option for the job. I wouldn’t even be leaving this review if I wasn’t extremely impressed with the service and, believe me, I’m picky! 😂 Thank you to this entire team for the extraordinary care you provided to us and our home. 110% recommend.

Best Option Restoration of West County did an excellent job of cleaning up major water damage to our home. They arrived within 2 hours of being contacted by us. They worked daily for the next 8 days to prepare our home for the rebuild. I would highly recommend this company for any water damage that occurs at your home. The on sight manager, Doug Simpher worked long hours (even on holiday weekend) to get our home where we could move back in.
