Stay very far away from this company! The lie and do not return phone calls. They Say the jobs are done and they are not. Worst I have ever seen by a company. Should be clown restoration

I actually work here. But that being said, they take care of you. Really, it’s a family touch. Good people, we take care in everything. Try us out, you won’t be sorry. My bosses are solid, we go to bat for ya and make it like it never happened.

In April 2023, we had a water leak in our cabin at Table Rock Lake. It posed an even bigger issue since we live in St. Louis! We felt pretty helpless being 4 hours away, but the team at Chief Restoration went above and beyond. They were very responsive (at the cabin doing mitigation within a few hours of our first call) and even met with our insurance claim rep since we couldn’t be there in person. If you have a water or fire emergency – Chief Restoration is top-notch. Outstanding service, friendly, hardworking and VERY responsive. Highly recommend.

**BEWARE!!!!! Takes your money. Will not return calles or emails. Refuse to refund money taken to order flooring. Have emails to prove. They stopped communicating . Took money in November 2022. I have called, emailed and texted with NO RESPONSE. Beware!!!! Asked for refund, as my tenant need the work done. I was promised the job would be done by December 2022, job started June 2022. They left a hole in wall and won’t explain. All I want is my money returned so I can move on. I am not a big business. They stopped communicating and blaming thier office manager for taking phone numbers back in july. Please beware!!!

Beware! Charges are outrageous for the work that they do! Don’t clean up after work. Make sure that you get a written contact before agreeing to any work. My advice stay away, very far away!
