Basement was flooded. Jeremy and co. came to the rescue. Basement was no longer flooded, mold damage was mitigated, and Pinnacle made sure that my insurance covered what they said they would. Hope I never need your services again, but Heaven knows I’ll be calling you if I do 🙂

Pinnacle saved me thousands! The first company I called, after a sump pump failure flood, told me they had to remove two feet of drywall around my entire basement. Jeremy came and said that was absolutely not necessary and simply made holes that can easily be covered by a baseboard and still prevented any mold damage. Him and Alex were quick and extremely cost effective and understanding of my panic at the time.

Pinnacle took the situation I had and fought with my insurance to make sure I was covered when initially I was denied my insurance claim.. professional and was out within a few hours to help with what I felt was a disaster . Thanks much guys, keep up the good work.
