Experienced some water damage at our home .. Servpro immediately contacted us the very next day.. First of all Heather and I kicked it off right away. She took the time to explain everything that was about to take place .. We talked as if we had known each other for years . Johnathon and Robert were assessing the damage in each room. They were so fast and very attentive to any questions that I had.. I’ve never seen anyone remove flooring and baseboards so quick .. Also they made sure to clean up any debris . Heather , Johnathon , Robert, Rocks 🥰

Our office had significant storm damage and flooding. Serve pro was promptly here to assist us through this process. From bewilderment to peace of mind thanks to the Tupelo SERVPRO team of Heather, Robert, Bishop, Cody, Jonathan, and Criffie. Due to a pipe burst during the night, multiple rooms were flooded and carpet was squishing. The SERVPRO team arrived not long after being notified of the problem even though it was a Saturday and quickly went to work. They vacuumed up as much water as possible and set up around 20 fans to dry up the rest. After everything was dry and the fans were removed, they packed up furniture and items and removed all the carpet. They were very professional and pointed out items that the water had damaged beyond repair and were very safety and health conscious. Big thanks and kudos to all of these diligent workers who are helping my mom through such a stressful situation and providing her with piece of mind that everything will be done correctly. Thanks again to Heather, Robert, Bishop, Cody, Jonathan and Criffie. And a special thanks to Heather for explaining the process and keeping her up to date every step of the way.

I can’t praise Servpro enough for the cleanup, restoration and reconstruction of my home after a fire. The team responded to my call promptly and each interaction with the team was professional. Their investigation, evaluation, and the process was clearly explained to me throughout.
