Servpro of Meridian delivered what was contracted and more, following our house fire. The crew members were diligent and displayed pride in their work. They were friendly and responded fully to each request made to them throughout the project. I would not hesitate a moment to call upon Servpro again, should we ever need their services in the future. We could be no more pleased with the results, which are well worth every cent spent.

I needed my A/C duct work cleaned after a remodel. Lamar and his team set an appointment within a few days after I contacted him. Lamar and his guys showed up on the appointed day, did a walk thru and went to work. They were very professional and explained what they would be doing and how long they would be there. They left my home clean inside and out. I could not have had any better service than I was given. I would recommend them every single time.

Came home from church on Easter Sunday to a very wet carpet in our downstairs area from heavy rain and an overflowing gutter. Made the call to servepro and got a very rapid and personal response from Lamar, after his evaluation the team vacuumed the water, put down fans and dehumidifier, problem solved. Not only did we get fast and professional service it came with a very reasonable price. Thanks to Lamar and his team, it really is like it never even happened.

I could not be more happy with ServPro of Meridian’s service from start to finish. The lovely lady who answered the phone truly cared about our predicament and assigned a crew to our home that arrived within an hour. ServPro is amazing! When I needed these guys for a sewage backup — and all that goes along with that — they were there…after-hours. Watching them pull up first thing yesterday morning was like watching the cavalry come to the rescue of a pioneer family busted down on the Oregon Trail. They had quite a big job to do, and it was completed quickly and as professionally as I could have ever expected. Mr. Arrington’s crew was thorough and helpful, and they explained to me how things were progressing, and answered all questions I had. I have also received several calls and even a follow-up visit from the owner, to make sure I am happy with their work. If you have a problem, don’t hesitate to call ServPro of Meridian! Chad, Gunner and Mike came to our newly purchased home after a broken sewer line was found under the house. They showed up quickly, explained everything to us and did a terrific job in getting the area cleaned up.

A refrigerator malfunction flooded multiple rooms of our house. When I called ServPro at 7am, not only did a live person answer right away, but they were on site within an hour. Lamar’s calm approach to assessing the situation with diagnostic tools was reassuring during a very anxious time for our family. It was helpful to know we were doing all we could to protect the investment in our home and minimize the impact of the incident.

The guys got to me pretty quick. They came out explained what they aere going to do and what they planned to accomplish. Personal was nice and show concern. And willingness to help us get everything clean and dried out great job.
