I didn’t know who to call when I found water leaking into my home and I took a chance and called SERVPRO. Nick from SERVPRO came right out to assess the damage and determine what would need to be replaced. He stayed in constant contact with me and my insurance company and was always available to answer any questions. Nick and the SERVPRO crew made the repair and reconstruction process very easy and I am glad I chose them to get my home fixed. I am very satisfied with the repairs and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of help with damage to their home.

Servpro came in after I had some water damage in my kitchen and hallway. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and completely took care of the demolition and everything that came with it. They had equipment that quickly dried out all the water and patched up my kitchen ceiling cleaned up after themselves within two days. The Team Gustavo, Jose’, Lucas and Henry surpassed my expectations! They did not miss a beat throughout the whole project, cleaned up after themselves and even gave my dog attention! I will and have already have said great things about them. If anybody asks me, I will make sure that I recommend them great job you guys! The service was a complete 10. Thanks!

Ben, Derrick, Isaac, Michael, and Dominic came to town to help out when Omaha, NE got hit with a lot of storms in a short period of time. They quickly addressed the problem that came from water getting in the basement. It is never good to need their services, but I am so happy they were able to take care of things so quickly. They were all courteous and professional.

I had a really good experience with Seth on-site. He did a great job of explaining and completing the job effectively. Some communication was lacking with the project lead, though I appreciate their willingness to communicate directly with the insurance company and handle all of that.

Derrick and John showed up at our home to facilitate a not do pleasant cleaning job in a less than desirable space. The men were beyond pleasant, they did a wonderful job containing the cleanup and did wonderful job with the cleanup. It was an extremely pleasant experience with Serv Pro Northeast Minneapolis. I was amazed to see how much these men truly enjoyed their job. Highly recommend these men and this location of Serv Pro.

Michael and Seth were both excellent representatives for ServPro. As a team they were courteous, thorough, and respectful of their customer’s surroundings. The work they did completely eliminated the problem and they did everything on time as scheduled. I would highly recommend them to others.

From the start of a water disaster in my home, ServPro/Jordan Beckman gave me the hope I would need to believe there was hope! Their immediate professional services started that process. They removed all the damaged carpet & flooring along with the sheet rock & trim to start drying what was left. Jordan stayed in touch with me. His crew was a constant along side their equipment & supplies to get my house to the next stage for rebuilding & replacing. I would highly recommend him & this company to help you.
