Great experience all around. Small leak in the laundry room became a disaster for the ceiling and floor in the basement!! Fast response!! And they did it all from cleanup to finish product.. I hope that nothing like this happens again, but if it does, I will definitely call Viking Restoration service again.!

Ryan is the type of contractor that you always hope you find but rarely do. After a serious house fire, my Dad’s house was uninhabitable and we were left with the difficult decisions that accompany an event like this. After searching for folks in the Rochester area capable and willing to take on a damage restoration project without much luck, I finally came across Ryan. I can’t overstate how grateful I am to have been able to have Ryan in our corner to put the pieces back together. The communication (even across state lines!), the quality of the work, and the pricing were all top notch. If you’re ever unlucky enough to need building restoration and you’re in the Rochester area, you should not hesitate to call Ryan first to turn your luck around. He’s the real deal!

I had water damage to my kitchen floor and basement from a leaked pipe. I called many contractors, but all of them (except Vikings) would not even come to assess for weeks/months. I worked with Ryan Knutson, and he was super responsive to my texts (usually within minutes), and kept me updated on the progress of the project at all times, despite all the difficulties with supply during the pandemic. He also spent a lot of time tracking down my insurance agent, who changed in midst of my claim. When there were small issues that come up with the different services used for our restoration project, he would personally come to take a look and fix it, even months after completion of our project and payment was all given. I got water in my basement from storms and they were at my house in a couple hours after I called them. They did amazing work and kept me updated about everything they had to do at my house during the drying out process. I would strongly recommend using them to anyone.
