They’d be the last company I’d call for emergency service. Servepro showed up to my house for water in my basement. Did half the job and said they’d call back later to return, they did not. And billed me 1100.00 for an unfinished request.

Everyone hates surprises. When water damage happens, you need professional people with empathy, the proper work ethics and humor. From the manager, Nate. To address all concerns. Heidi, who took all my frenzied phone calls with calming knowledge. John, with his relaxed manner and understanding, took the time to explain the process. Mark and Ray, doing all the nasty physical labor, with the humor and speed to make it less stressful for me. My experience has one aspect left to address. If anyone has an issue with the work being done or a person who is not performing up to your standards, please report it. Errors and bad behavior can only be corrected on the front end, not by bad reviews. Thank you, Servpro of Rochester.
