Loyear is amazing!! Unfortunately we’ve gotten water in our basement 3 times. All 3 times, we’ve called them, each time, they have been there to help dry it out SO FAST!!! Amazing company. Amazing communication. Saved us so much $ with the quick response!!!

I called Loyear to assess water damage and possible mold in my attic based on the incredible reviews and they did not disappoint. I was scheduled for a call within 24 hours. Gary was equal parts personable and professional. Turns out the issue is minor and he coached me on how to address it myself. They wouldn’t even accept payment for the service call! Unfortunately I’ve had reason to use other mold remediation contractors in the past and I was satisfied with that work. But I can’t recommend Loyear highly enough. I hope I won’t need their services anytime soon, but it’s a relief to know who to call should the need arise. Thank you!

Gary and the other folks at Loyear were fantastic to work with. The receptionist who took my call was kind and compassionate and got us scheduled for an estimate right away. When Gary came our he was totally honest and upfront by letting us know the mold issue we saw from water damage was not too bad and if we wanted to save money we could tackle it ourselves. We ended up still hiring them to handle it as we wanted to be sure it was done right and certified (it helped that the rate seemed very reasonable). The tech came the very next day and had everything removed and cleaned within 2 hours. He was careful with getting everything set up and made sure everything was cleaned up and disposed of. I’d highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water or mold damage (and while I hope I don’t need to hire them again, if we have any water damage issues in the future they will be my first and only call).
