They were fast to respond, pulled the carpet and base boards, and dried the carpet; then they they left it. When I tried to schedule a time for them to complete the job, I was ignored. When I finally talked to someone, I was told “the job was too small, get someone else”. I will never use or recomend thier services!

We had a fridge water line burst, and Premiere Restoration came out right away to help us take inventory of the damage and walk us through next steps. They were at our home for almost 2 hours answering questions and assessing what needed to be done, and they could not have been more professional, friendly, or helpful. Unfortunately, our insurance company made it very clear that if we didn’t use their remediation vendor, they were going to make it difficult for us to get coverage, so we ended up using their vendor. When I called Premiere to let them know that we would not be using their services after all, I was so impressed with their response–they did not act annoyed that I had wasted their time, and instead offered a few more tips for navigating the process, and continued to be professional, empathetic, and kind. I was extremely impressed with my interaction with them, and would look forward to working with them in the future.

I would highly recommend Premier Restoration. When we had a burst pipe in our home Christmas Day, Premier answered the phone and was there until 3am cleaning water out of our basement. They were with us every step of the way, from demolition, moving and restoration work. They stood by us as we struggled with insurance and helped navigate the difficulties with our extensive rebuild. Phillipe, Christian, Will and the whole crew have been with us since Day One and continue to help us in the final stages of our project.

Premiere arrived in a timely manner, was very professional in explaining every step they took to mitigate the water damage in my home. All the workers that assisted were very friendly and there was excellent communication on the day by day process of getting the damage taken care of. I hope I never need this service again but if I do, I know exactly who I am calling, A + work

I highly recommend Premier Restoration. They are very knowledgeable, quick to respond and has great customer service. Phillipe is very easy to work with. He is patient and cares about you as a person and is always helpful. Don’t look anywhere else!
