We had a fantastic experience with Bedrock Restoration. From the initial phone call to the completion of the project, they were totally professional. Our project manager was Ricky Hernandez and he was so easy to work with. He was able to find the same linoleum that was damaged so we could replace the damaged linoleum with the same pattern. I would recommend Bedrock Restoration to anyone needed restoration service.

All the way from the first phone call with Adan at Bedrock to the final walk through with the PM, Ricky, everything was great. I had a flood in my mudroom and a bad experience with a separate company that left the job unfinished. Bedrocks team came in and really made the reconstruction process easy on me. Their primary guy on the project, Robinson, handled all the reconstruction expertly and was nothing but polite through the whole process. The project wrapped up with their head plumber Corey coming in and hooking everything back up and even offering additional troubleshooting to prevent future issues. All and all I couldn’t be happier with Bedrock and will highly recommend them in the future.

Bedrock Restoration is beyond what I expect from any contractor. We had water damage in our kitchen and bathroom which needed to be addressed immediately. We had an awesome experience with Bedrock Restoration. We had a small patch of black mold in our unfinished basement (thanks to our lovely cat) and were worried it was in the insulation as well. Justin was able to come out the next day and explain that what we were seeing in the insulation was air pockets from the nails. Thanks for helping us understand it better and we’re thankful it wasn’t a bigger problem.
