I had water in my basement and called Serv Pro, the first person of contact was Heather, she was the perfect person to speak with for this kind of problem, she took the time to listen to what I was saying and couldn’t have been more kind to me. Heather was kind, considerate and very professional. She is in the right job as she has the exact kind of calmness that a person needs to hear when there is a problem in the house and told me they would take care of everything. The team was at my home in less than an hour and got to work immediately. Linda and Eric showed up, they are both amazing people and work very hard and long, long hours. Eric is such a nice guy and a very hard worker, he knows how to do literally everything that needed to be done and is always so kind and a little shy. It was wonderful working with them because they always showed up when they said they would and no matter how difficult the job was they kept going. Linda has called me many times and been here so many times and has reassured me that whatever needed to get done would get done, she did more than was even required of her. Her saying to me is always “I got you”, she literally works every day and doesn’t get even holidays off, she and I spoke on Thanksgiving. I’ve never seen anyone work as hard as she does and she only talks good about everyone in the office and I respect that so much. I’ve talked to her at all hours of the day and night and she is there and cheerful and no complaining. Linda loves her job and the people there and if I have a question she will explain it to me and if I forget she will tell me again without being upset. I love Linda, and I know that no matter what, I can ask her questions, and if she doesn’t know, she will get back to me, although, I cannot think of a time when she didn’t have the answer. Linda and Eric came and cleaned up really well after everything and always made sure I was satisfied with what was done. More people showed up on other days and packed up my things and furniture and took it to a vault that is locked to keep my furniture etc. safe and protected. Some of the people that were here were James, Eddy, Stacy, Marie, Nate Cliff, and more that I do not remember. All of them were hard-working, and all cared so much about doing things to help me feel at ease and knowing they would be there for me. They took very good care of my belongings and wrapped them so nicely so they would not be harmed. Stacy was very kind, and the whole group was terrific. Please do not hesitate to call them to help with your place, they work hard, are caring, and are so friendly that I felt like I knew them for a long time. Diane Kirklin

I had a great experience with Servpro, who made quick work of drying the walls and carpeting where the overhead AC had overflowed. James, who was assigned to our project, is cheerful, timely, kind, and professional. I would absolutely use them again! Thank you, James!
