When we had a water leak in our kitchen just before Thanksgiving we called the Belfor Company for help. They referred Mike and Mark from 1800Waterdamage to us within hours. The local company, a franchise of Belfor, brought in specialized drying equipment and a professional attitude to help us dry out the house to prepare for the repairs needed. They also helped us consult with our homeowners insurance. Their customer service was exceptional.

I can’t say enough about how great their service was. We had a water emergency and the plumber was only going to be able do so much. They were able to come out at the same time as the plumber so they could discuss the issue without me playing telephone, they quickly assessed the situation and while they could have recommended way more work, but instead let us know that we were in better shape than was originally suspected. They were fast, clean, professional and nice. Would 100% recommend them and would call them again if we needed more work.

I didn’t end up needing their services, as I ended up pulling up my carpet and pad myself, but they came out after for an inspection and we’re very thorough and explained everything super well. Highly recommend! Mark and Mike were all around great to work with – they made a very stressful event (sump pump broke and flooded the basement) easier to deal with. They were very communicative and willing to answer all my questions, flexible with timing, and did really good work getting everything dried out so that we wouldn’t have to do a lot of unnecessary and unplanned for repairs.
