Our basement renovation is a source of pride and joy as a result of the fine workmanship and dedication to excellence of DRT. Mr. Alonso Wallace is a skilled and diligent craftsman who installed drywall, suspended ceiling with LED down lighting, and vinyl plank flooring. His attention to detail is evident in the seamless wall surfaces, paint application and mouldings. Alonso is very knowledgeable about his trade and is always willing to share his ideas and experience to bring about a successful result. He is honest in his pricing and a very pleasant person to deal with.

DRT installed my 2-1/2 ton AC Split w/heat pumpin my home. They performed the complete setup and installation in 2 hours. They installed a similar unit at the church. I recommend Disaster Recovery Team (DRT) as your first call for service.

I would not recommend. I did get a functional shower. The tile was changed, the hardware matches nothing in my home, and now I need to redo my bathroom floor. The finish work is rough. Alonzo has sent me multiple text messages that are threatening and rude- making fun of me personally and my home.

ONCE AGAIN, The DRT TEAM showed up to Mount Olive Church and created a space for a Safe Use Water Fountain. We keep using them because they are insured, clean working, punctual, and dependable.

DRT came in and completed the mold inspection and renovation of the foyer of the church. They did not waste a day or time in getting the work done in three days. The work on replacing the old wood and painting was left in a good state and the church cleaned without any of our staff having to lift a finger. If you’d like good work done, here’s a company that will not try to skimp you out of your money

Alonzo Wallace, the owner, provided great service to our basement after a storm and being flooded from the City sewage system. He was on time and very efficient in removing things damaged from the water. He used high efficient and effective equipment to remove the mold and water from our basement. His restoration cost was very affordable in comparison to many other companies. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great Job DRT!

DRT Disaster Recovery Team was chosen by my insurance company so I didn’t know what to expect. Alonzo came out to the house, inspected the situation and told me precisely what needed to be done. They were professional, dilligent and always on time for our appointments. The job was well done and they left the house clean when they were through. Alonzo is a man of integrity and character. Alonzo and his team came with in an hour of my phone call and went right to work on getting things under control. Throughout the process he explained how the things work in great detail, his knowledge and professionalism was very impressive. He also work directly with my insurance company agent in handling paperwork and making sure that the process went off w/o a hitch. He also help with suggestions on reconstruction and how to prevent and be better prepared economically so if this happens again your cost would be greatly reduced.
