Had a real mess. A pipe broke and leaked water all over my attic and furnace causing a lot of mold. R&S responded promptly and took care of the problem quickly, especially the mold remediation. I called 3 companies for bids and R&S was the only company that could do all the work entirely. Their competitors wanted to do about half the work and told me to find another contractor to do the other half. I highly recommend R&S.

I would highly recommend this company. Have used them for several jobs. Thanks to a reference from a family member. Had my thermostat replaced. When I was having trouble keeping my condo cool. They replaced my deck at my condo. When I noticed I had 2 cracked boards. Replaced my garbage disposal. 5 star review.

Amazing experience! Bryan and his team were out within the hour after our first floor flooded. Bryan went above and beyond supporting and guiding us through the process of filing an insurance claim. Bryan and his team were professional, courteous and did amazing work. Highly recommend this company.

They came right away to contain the damage we had for a broken pipe leaking into the vents. In the next couple of days, the pipe was fixed, but the kitchen was gone. It was a big problem, so insurance has to come in, but Bryan did a great job guiding us through all the process. My husband and I were a little lost in all this, so that was amazing. Now we have no leaks and a new kitchen 🥳🙂🙂

My basement flooded after a sump pump failure. Bryan and his team were excellent to work with! They were able to start work immediately and were very communicative about our options and pricing. R&S did a great job removing carpet, damaged drywall, etc., and helped when dealing with insurance. I’d certainly recommend them.

R&S Restores did a fantastic job in the restoration of my house due to a frozen pipe bursting in my ceiling. They went above & beyond in the clean up & then restoration of putting my house back together. They fixed all problems that arose & made sure I was completely satisfied with the end result. I was so happy with their work & the hardworking master of their craft individuals that helped me in turning a burst pipe disaster into a grand & beautiful house!

They explained all the details all along the process and took utmost care in resolving the issue caused by water leak. Plumbing work was done to our satisfaction while accomodating our requests with repair changes. Would certainly recommend them and use them for any future services needed.
