Had an appliance malfunction causing a water leak on my hardwood floors and then to the finished basement below. Rich from Camelot Emergency Water Removal responded quickly to my call and the company is currently taking care of the problem. I cannot say enough about how David and Charles handled their responsibilities with courtesy and professionalism. It’s quite a process to prep the area and they explained their process and helped me understand each step. They even called me Miss Regina. Though it wasn’t necessary, it felt very respectful. Our basement recently flooded. Our plumber had referred us to Camelot. We had Eric come do an inspection and estimate of the damage. He helped communicate with our adjuster. He had a team out within the hour to start the job. David and Adam came out and immediately started talking us through next steps of the clean up and drying the basement. They were so respectful of our personal belongings and worked quickly but efficiently to move furniture out of the effected areas. They helped ease our minds during a difficult situation and definitely made the process easy. Words can’t express our thankfulness we were referred to them! We would highly recommend if you need emergency work taken care of.

We live in Jackson, MI. and after the bad rains on July 9 and 10th we ended up with 4 inches of water in our basement which is half finished. We were referred to Camelot Emergency Water Removal by Aspen Heating and Air Conditioning. Eric Steele, the Project Manager, came out on Wednesday, the same day we called them and set up for a cleanup crew to come in. Around 6:00 p.m. on the same day, Wednesday, Kyle and Zander came in and ripped up the carpet and padding and got that out of the house, then removed the water and set up dryers and humidifiers to dry the basement out. They did not leave till around 9:30 p.m. They have been back each day since checking their equipment. Friday evening a humidifier stopped working so we called Camelot and they sent David and Adam over who took care of our problem and made sure all their equipment was running. We are so thankful for Camelot and the great job they have done for us. Great customer service and everyone we have dealt with has been so friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Camelot Emergency Water Removal Co.

Excellent service from polite, knowledgeable people. Made a bad situation not so bad . Keith and Martin got right to work and kept me in the loop the whole time they were there. It was a pleasure to work with them. Same with Braydon and Derrick. Efficient, hard working employees. Kind and reassuring as well. Highly recommend.

Eric was very meticulous. Came at night and assessed quickly and thoroughly. Arrived early the day of cleaning. He and David were very professional and made sure I knew what was happening and what they had done. I look forward to the completion of the cleaning!

David did an awesome job communicating and completing the job! He came out to our grandmothers house after we discovered a category 3 leak (sewage). We found the leak on July 4th and he was here BY HIMSELF scraping carpet and cleaning. He’s a rockstar!!! And super nice!!!
