Had Malcolm come out to my home about a week ago to locate a leaky water supply line behind my walls. He took meticulous care of limiting the openings in my drywall, and also cleaned up very nicely after completing the work. He also referred me to a restoration company once the leak was repaired. I was very happy with everything that Malcolm and his crew did to fix and clean the sewer mess in my basement. He was so nice and professional and explained everything that had to be done. He was also helpful with my contact with the insurance company handling the claim. I would definitely recommend his work and company.

WONDERFUL!!! They quickly responded to my emergency by immediately extracting standing water, and performed to remedy mold issues that were caused by the flooding in Dearborn. They saved me money and time. I called this company after another local restoration company failed to do the job after that company got handsomely paid by my insurance. RECOMMENDED. We had a water leakage from dishwasher which plumber missed it. Malcolm from Edwards Catastrophe Restoration team came on weekend (same day). They were able to find the leakage source and stopped damage. They worked quickly to prevent further damage. Malcolm explained the process with insurance company and fixed the problem in a very professional way. Highly recommend Malcolm and suggest company to develop all team members like him.

A recent rainstorm left water in the basement and much stress. Given my family’s situation, a quick fix was needed. We couldn’t wait for days for a plumber, wait for approval. Malcolm and his crew were immediately on top of things. Consulted with insurance, consulted with us on the best course of action, and a few days later, gave us our home back in workable condition.
